Japan is experiencing such an evolution in regard to women in the workplace and in management roles. Women in the Workplace is the largest study of the state of women in corporate America. This year, we collected information from participating organizations employing more than 13 million people and surveyed more than 68, employees to better understand their day-to-day work experiences.
